Strategic Officer of Capacity Building for Statewide Initiatives with the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.  This is a unique opportunity for Dr. Palmer to work as a subject matter expert in nonprofit management education and capacity building. Her primary role is to provide strategic consultation on the development and implementation of nonprofit management educational programs and capacity building resources.
