- Don’t Panic, Pivot – oftentimes when change creates challenges a new door opens, opportunities abound, creativity breaks through, and nonprofits are left better off than before the change. So, in the midst of change with challenges, continue to be consistent, practicing the fundamental leadership and management principles that have proven to work; don’t let up!
- Celebrate – when change generates success take time to celebrate with all who are involved; celebration helps sustain positive morale in the organization!
